Years in the making the first brewery was completed in August 2014, with our first product (Last Call Blonde) delivered in the spring of 2015.

I built the first brewery on my ranch in the Lac La Biche County approx. 5 km south of our home town Plamondon (Approximately 24 km West of Lac La Biche). In a few years we out grew the facilaty and today we are located in the town of Lac La Biche in our new facilaty with a full restaurant directly connected to the brewery.

I started making beer as a hobby and over the years as time and finances allowed I started to look for a proper brew system,at the same time the beer seen in Alberta was growing, the idea was to have a 2 or 3 BBL system and brew just as a hobby and see what opportunities come about, By the time I was finished shopping and designing a brew system I had build a new building and a brewery with a capacity of over 20,000 litre’s a month.

Our goal is not to make 10 or 15 different beers our goal is to make a few dang good beers, I brew my beers with basic fundamentals in mind, great flavour, great taste and a clean crisp finish, using only natural ingredients with no additional sugars or flavouring chemicals.

Currently we have six branded beers and we have a couple seasonal beers on rotation throughout the seasons.
